Rolling
on two wheels
through streets
of downtown
street sounds.
Some are horns
some trains
some cars
and loud trucks
rumbling by.
Clouds
like sky bees
rush across
stark
skies at dusk.
Sun rays
fill brick walls
'n' street alleys
contrasts
with shadows.
East
neon signs
car lights
dot
the dark.
Night falls
fast like a rock
solid
like two heartbeats
tumbling through time.
There used to be
a place in time
but
now
is froze in film.
